Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your billing period — no refunds for partial months.

Is there a free trial?

Our free trial is built into your first session — you can play memory and pattern games without an account. Once you're ready to track your progress, upgrade to a paid plan.

How does the Facilities plan work for care homes?

The Facilities plan gives staff a dashboard to create resident accounts, assign exercises, and view group progress. It's priced per facility, not per resident.

How are weekly progress reports sent?

Individual subscribers receive a weekly email summary of their performance. Facilities receive a group report covering all residents. Reports are automatically sent every Monday morning.

How is payment processed?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Longevity Aware never stores your card details. You will see "LONGEVITY AWARE" on your credit card statement.
