How long does staff onboarding take?
Most facilities are fully operational within 2 hours. The staff dashboard is designed to be self-explanatory, and we provide a short orientation guide for administrators. Resident onboarding can be done in batches — adding accounts takes about 2 minutes per resident.
What devices can residents use?
The exercises run in any modern browser on tablets, laptops, or desktop computers. We've tested on iPads, Android tablets, and Windows devices. There is no app to install — residents open a link, log in, and start. Some facilities use wall-mounted tablets in common areas; others provide dedicated tablets per resident room.
How is resident data and privacy handled?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Individual resident performance data is only accessible to facility staff with admin credentials and to designated caregivers via the weekly email report. We do not sell or share resident data with third parties. We are happy to sign a data processing agreement (DPA) as part of your onboarding.
Can we involve residents' families in the reports?
Yes — each resident account can designate up to two caregiver email addresses that will receive the weekly progress report. Families do not need to create an account or remember a password; reports arrive as plain email with a summary and any notable updates.
What happens if a resident can't use a tablet independently?
The exercises are designed to be as intuitive as possible, but staff or family members can assist. For residents who need full assistance, a staff member or family caregiver can sit with them during sessions — the adaptive system will adjust the difficulty to their ability level regardless of who is managing the input.
